Pumped for Change, Inc, a non-profit entity founded by Pumped Inc.™, (a design and brand development firm) developed The Million Penny Project™ a fundraiser initiative that invites the community and local business’s to collectively donate their financial and professional resources for a cause. The goal is always the same, to raise one million pennies ($10,000) for every participating charity demonstrating the ability to provide relief.
The fundraising strategy primarily focuses on raising funds and building awareness for these charities. In order to track and reach our goal, all donations to the charities / agencies are processed through the website and supplemented through merchandise sales such as t-shirts, posters, tote bags, buttons and mugs. All proceeds from the sale of the merchandise and donations will be donated to the participating charities.
